Support New Contract Reforms!

USDA recently released new proposed rules that will bring more fairness and transparency to the business relationship between farmers and companies.

Now they need to hear from as many growers as possible about these rules!

Please send in your comments today in support of them.

Comments written in your own words about your experiences are the most effective.  Large numbers of comments supporting the rules are also important. USDA must receive all comments by November 22, 2010. Please get your comments in as soon as possible to show USDA that growers do support these proposed rules.

Three things you can do:

  1. Send in your comments to USDA as soon as possible.
  2. Write a personalized comment about your experiences in the areas that that the proposed rules address.
  3. Talk with other growers about the importance of the rules and sending in comments.

4.  Call your senators & representative and let them know that you support the proposed rules.
